Basic requirements

  1. Set up the space with proper light, minimal background noise and distractions. 
  2. Use a good microphone. A noise-cancelling headset is recommended.
  3. Teacher will be checking the class work through your webcam during the class.  Please connect a good webcam to your device.
  4. New joiners should attend 10 minutes before the scheduled class to test your audio and webcam, and familiarize yourself with the controls.
  5. Please use the downloaded version of platform than accessing through URL.  This will help the student to access platform features, clarity and bandwidth.
  6. Be prepared to join class a few minutes before it starts so you can make sure your audio and video are working.
  7. Keep the art materials ready before the class

Mandatory rules:

  1. Always use STUDENTS NAME as platform username.  Using false names will consider as anonymous and restricted to enter the class room.
  2. Keep your microphone muted.  You can unmute while talking and mute back after that.

Additional guidelines for online class etiquette

  1. Use reactions, including Thumps up (After finishing the work) raise hand (For any doubts or to speak)yesnogo slower, and go faster buttons to engage with your class.
  2. Chat-speak or other informal language may not be allowed during the class hours.
  3. Art Station Online will not be responsible for the attention/participation of students who are disabling the video during class hours.

Other Terms

  1. Each batch will be primarily handled by a dedicated art teacher. However authoritative  teachers will be assigned based on lessons.
  2. Friday will be an off for all the classes.
  3. Change of batch is subject to availability
  4. Monthly fees has to be remitted to the respective account every month before 5th.
  5. Students joining in between can clarify the same with admission coordinator.
